So a brand new strippedcast five months since the last is now here another three hours plus of the stuff i’m into right now heavily influenced by the sights and sounds and experiences on the road over the last year or so crossing genres from chilled electronica into deep house, melodic, progressive house and some deeper darker techno vibes.
A four month hiatus since the last strippedcast has seen the summer of 2016 come and go as we head into the autumn and winter months strippedcast:012 here finally and it’s another marathon excursion clocking in at three and a quarter hours. Recorded in Leigh-On-Sea, Essex at DG10 the infamous man cave at the bottom of my great friend Danny Gifford’s garden and mastered at Native Alien HQ, Mission Hills, San Diego in sunny California USA by Alien Tom. The stunning cover art photo was taken on Santa Monica beach by Shotcolin Green this summer when when the forest fires were raging.
Argentina is out next port of call and the capital Buenos Aires provides us with our next release from producer / dj Eze Colombo with a three track Aixa EP featuring fellow countrymen Julian Rodriguez & Martin dp mixes accompanying the Original Mix.
Currently studying Professional Musicianship in Guitar at BIMM, Brighton. student James Dixon makes his first foray into dance music. James influenced by the likes of Greg Wilson and DJ Koze to name but two brings to Stripped Recordings his first ever release, a five track EP entitled “Tales From The Woods”. Mixing Tech, Deep and Progressive vibes across the the tracks. This is his first but there will be a lot more to come from James Dixon.
Making his debut on Hype Muzik is Colombian producer Deejay Will (now based in Spain) with this double headed house excursion. “1970” & ‘No Added Sugar”.
Pete Rios (Bilbao, Spain) is one of the emerging artists of the electronic scene in the northern Spain. His characteristic and careful sound is present in every one of his works showing styles as diverse ranging from Tech House to Deep. Here he serves up his debut for Hype Muzik introducing us to his aka Far Distance. This two track outing showcases Pete’s deeper side.
Ibiza Resident Danny O returns for his third EP on Hype Muzik entitled “El Mundo Del Flamenco”. The producer / dj from Newcastle, England provides us with two brand new original house tracks. His residencies include Bora Bora and Cafe Mambo out on the white island in the summer season.

Danny O (AKA Danny O’ Sullivan) Completely at home with a techno and tech house set at a packed-out Bora Bora or an eclectic sunset at Cafe Mambo, Danny has established an excellent reputation in Ibiza as a resident DJ.Dannyo also DJs in the UK during the winter season where he produces most of his music.He is constantly creating new ideas in the studio and has recent releases on Toolroom, Strictly Rhythm, Smiley Fingers,Hype Muzik and many others testify. He now returns to with his second EP release on Hype Muzik following Bossa EP in 2012 the new EP is a 5 track set of Originals which defies Danny’s sound with House and Tech laden grooves throughout.
