The original of ‘On My Own’ is a moody and deep affair, with its serious intentions meeting snippets of vocal and tripped out fx, all melting together nicely for some serious vibes.
dubspeeka is first up on remix duties, and beefs things right up! A serious techno workout, bringing the bassline to light and utilising the vocals to great effect, this solid slab of dancefloor just keeps on going (and going). This rework nods to the original with its eerie edges, but phatens things up with its big bass, while and infectious arp like melody cascades along effortlessly adding depth.
